I started my work in the 1990s at the D'Arcy advertising agency, managing the brands of companies such as Coca-Cola, Procter & Gamble, Mars, Norwich Union and Deutsche Bank. To this day, I believe that the school of marketing you go through at the FMCG giants never dates.

Development through practice

A unique set of experiences

Offer

The diversity of experiences gained over almost 30 years, in three countries, in many types of organisations - from start-ups to family businesses, fund-of-funds (FoF) portfolio companies to global corporations - has allowed me to accumulate a unique set of competencies and verify theories about leadership and management in practice. I have experienced almost everything that managers can encounter in their career journey: successes and failures, periods of expansion and restructuring. I have presented solutions to leaders from the front pages of the Financial Times, but also to local business owners. I have experience working with market regulators, the Stock Exchange, the media, and trade unions.

On behalf of the Management Board of Bank BPH, together with TVN and Onet, I led the nationwide campaign Ordinary Hero. At the time, I gave dozens of television interviews and appeared in almost 50 advertising spots for the campaign.

I am a teacher and an Americanist by training. My pedagogical and psychological background helps me to convey knowledge interestingly and originally, involving the participants to the maximum, which is consistently reflected in workshop evaluations.

I spent the next dozen years in marketing management roles in the financial industry. I worked at Citibank, HSBC and GE, among others. I co-founded two different types of financial start-ups - in Poland (HSBC Premier) and in the Czech Republic (Equabank). I also worked as Marketing Director at fintech Demica in London.

From 2011 to 2017, I learned leadership in new areas. As Vice President of the Management Board of Bank BPH, I oversaw the Marketing and Product Management Division. The bank was part of the GE Capital International Group, which gave me the opportunity to learn leadership practices from an organisation that was a global benchmark in this area.

Over the past few years, I have dedicated myself to leadership education by teaching in Executive MBA programmes, training companies and delivering dedicated on-site development workshops. I enjoy analysing management and leadership styles. I enjoy sharing experiences and learning from others, learning about new industries, technologies and trends shaping business.

I conducted the first developmental "Leadership" courses for executives as a certified trainer of PDI for Citigroup back in 2004. I have coached and mentored many executives. I have co-organised Leadership Summits at Bank BPH and have been a mentor for Vital Voices, GE Women's Network and the Businesswomen's Leadership Foundation.
