"It was the 1st time when we invited Mariusz to our Yearly Goals and Priority Setting Workshop at Danone Nutricia (Opole). As a company, we started implementation of Dan IWS, lean manufacturing system, with key element of it being Servant Leadership coaching approach. Mariusz helped our Team of 70 Leaders to get excited about the topic with energetic, very relevant to the specific topic speech, prepared only after having 30 minutes of remote briefing. Highly recommend as a speaker to provide interesting, refreshing and developing view on the topic of Leadership."

Training relevant to company strategy

My offer includes workshops for the development of managerial and leadership skills aimed at novice managers, middle managers and senior executives. Their effectiveness is based on adapting the content and form of the message to the objectives of the organisation, the needs of a specific group of managers and the business moment.

Each workshop is embedded in the values and business context of the organisation in question. While so-called 'bespoke' programmes are common, they often turn out to be a copy of open programmes, as weaving in elements of a particular company's culture, strategy or appraisal system is not an easy task for non-business practitioners. It is also difficult to ensure that the flow of information between trainers is coordinated and, in practice, there are training courses on separate topics that are not linked to the company culture.

Nowoczesne przywództwo jest niezbędnym elementem sukcesu biznesowego. Nowe wyzwania wymagają świadomego i kreatywnego leadershipu.

Personal development and the arts

For both personal and business success, it is worth investing in your development in the fields of arts and culture because being a charismatic, interesting person gives inspiration and energy to the teams you lead, and being able to talk intelligently about cultural topics takes our social contacts to a higher level. For years, my passion has been opera. I decided to use it in my approach to management and leadership training. For more on this topic, see "Opera trips."

I offer a holistic view of developing leaders within an organisation. My workshops are based on an in-depth understanding of the needs of individual participants and the plans the company has for them. Each participant has the option of an individual monitoring session after the programme and a special offer to continue the individual monitoring work. Each of the managerial and leadership development workshops I run is unique, set in the context of the organisation’s industry, and above all, takes into account the specific development needs of managers in light of your company's strategy and goals. In each workshop, I take on the role of internal coach. I help participants to gain confidence in their abilities and the success of their team. During the workshops, I do not focus on the difference between leadership and management - this is already well-understood by everyone today - but on the importance of developing leadership skills from day one as a manager.

Creative leadership

Leadership and managerial competencies are systematically diagnosed by career path teams, corporate succession, management boards and headhunters. These competencies usually revolve around values and skills such as responsibility, collaboration, the ability to embrace change, building trust, fostering a sense of community, supporting diversity, mental resilience, and finally building a culture of innovation and courage.

Leadership has many adjectives to describe its style: transformational, transactional, situational, empathetic, authentic, innovative, 'future fit,' etc. Behind each of these terms are specific approaches, teaching methods, diagnostics and patented solutions. For years, there has been extensive research with hundreds of experts producing thousands of books. Yet, in almost every case, there is a common thought, conclusion or theory upon which everyone tends to agree - namely, that there is no single best leadership style. How do I put together an interesting development programme from all of this? Which authors should I use? Do I draw on well-known names and methodologies, or say; "I have my own unique methodology?"

I believe that there is no single 'best' version of leadership, just as a faithful imitation of established leaders is not an option either. Each person learns these skills in the context of their past experiences, values, upbringing, education, advantages, and weaknesses.

This is why the term 'Creative Leadership' reflects my approach in which I seek to activate the creative potential in ourselves and our teams and develop authentic leadership courage. In my workshops, I draw on the academic background of many recognised authorities, but always in the context of real business, concrete examples from the participants' careers and my own, integrating experts’ wisdom into my practical exercises.
