There are countless open and programmes for managers on the market entitled for example, "First Time Manager," "Manager's Academy," "The Essentials of Management." Universities and training companies rightly see the business potential here. However, the open format has significant limitations in relating to the company culture of the newly appointed manager. The programme subject matter is often a poor fit to the specifics of the delegate’s industry, working mode and company values, and subsequently confusing. For example, themes that are obvious in a multinational corporation may be unfamiliar or of no use in smaller companies, especially family-owned ones.

Who is it for? - Workshops for new and future managers
Every year, companies appoint new managers from a cohort of successful professionals. Unfortunately, they do not always provide them with the tools necessary for their new roles. This leads to many failures at work, sometimes even dismissal and frustration in life. This developmental moment is critical. Damaged careers of previously excellent professionals are the legacy of organisations that fail to equip new managers with the essentials of management. This workshop is designed for those preparing to become managers (ideal scenario) or who have been recently appointed or promoted. Participants practise the skills of managing a new team, delegating tasks, hiring, setting goals, and evaluating. These skills will enable them cope with their new reality while avoiding the pitfalls that this stage of professional development is riddled with, which every year, results in the highest number of 'casualties' among managers.
My offer includes development training for managers and workshops for leaders conducted at company headquarters and other selected locations. The duration and form are flexible, with content tailored to the development needs of participants, company strategy, and expectations of the HR department, management boards and business owners.
Who is it for? - Workshops for managers of different seniority levels
Duration: 3-5 days (18- 30 x 45 min)
Increasing digital transformation and ubiquitous technology mean that even experienced managers need to modify their management approach. Typical challenges include communication in the age of remote working and managing distributed and multi-generational teams. The workshop builds bridges between working management models and systems and new challenges. Participation in the training helps leaders to adapt to new realities and market requirements.
This workshop is for managers with a few years of experience. We go deeper into existing knowledge and introduce new topics such as management styles, motivation, communication, managing difficult conversations, and problems in delivering results. The scope depends on the previous training experience, the sector, and the company’s specific management development needs. The main difference between the Manager's Essential Toolkit and the Manager's Extended Toolkit is the use of participants' managerial experience. Whereas in the Essentials we build on their expectations within their new role, in the Extended programme, we work with their previous experience in a management role. This makes each training session special and unique.
Who is it for? Workshops for experienced managers, especially those taking on a new role
Duration: 3-5 days (18- 30 x 45 min)
The workshop will also analyse the challenges of the modern leader living in an environment of new technologies and multi-generational and multi-cultural teams. We will learn how to find solutions to the blockages resulting from the introduction of new working methods. We will examine how to turn these challenges into opportunities and put them into practice.
This workshop focuses on change management, deeper self-knowledge, crisis management, coping with uncertainty, leadership communication, and collaboration in complex matrices. Here we put professional experiences in context with other aspects of life. We show the fundamental importance of internal coherence throughout life and its direct relationship to professional success. We talk about children, school, leisure, art, and health. We try to learn about our limitations and make better use of our strengths. We highlight lurking professional burnout and other pitfalls that arise at this stage of a career. We touch on topics overlooked in most training courses, e.g., the seriousness of leadership, ethical standing and reputation, building a distance from oneself, inextricably linked to a sense of humour - a trait of a true leader, and finally, casual conversation (small talk), so as not to talk about the production line during a cocktail party.
Leadership training addresses the second (after the first, which was the change from specialist to manager) most critical moment in a career - the change to senior leadership, or a broader management role such as head of an entire product line, category, sales channel, division, or territory. It is almost always associated with the responsibility of overseeing new business areas, a complex reporting system, and multi-dimensional collaboration often with people from other cultures. It is a role where you have to rely entirely on the work of others and trusting them becomes a matter of success or failure.

Who is it for? For Boards of Directors and less formal management teams
At the core of my coaching method is the aim to inspire a creative exchange of ideas that don't always resonate in the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The Creative Leadership Workshop is meeting-oriented. Together, we find creative solutions to challenges that require understanding new contexts and exploring the potential in existing environments and settings.
I conduct these workshops outside your company's premises. Sometimes, I combine them with an opera trip, during which we experience art at its highest level, activating areas of our potential that are never awakened during the routine of formal company meetings. Read more about opera trips here.
A leadership development workshop provides a space for creative thinking, taking a time-out to have a qualitative conversation about collaboration, strategy and plans. The aim is to strengthen mutual trust and to get to know each other better. This approach encourages people to express previously unspoken opinions and frustrations thus avoiding or resolving potentially damaging conflict and blockages.
